Chocolate Snack Cake will forever by my quick chocolate fix. This cake is so rich and chocolaty and is super easy to make. No eggs or milk required and it can be make directly in the pan you are baking it in! This time it is topped off with a brown sugar frosting. Giving off rich and cozy vibes to balance off the decadent fudgy chocolate of the cake.
Perfect for a quick fall dessert. It is great with chocolate cake but also pairs just as well with anything pumpkin making it a great option for this time of year.
Be sure to beat the softened butter and brown sugar until it is very light and creamy before adding the icing sugar. Then just add milk as needed to achieve the consistency you like.
