This is the cutest little cake you will ever see! Think of it as an adult version of an Easy Bake Oven Cake. Made in a 5 inch round cake pan. It is a mini version of my chocolate snack cake and it is unbelievably decadent. Enough for 4 little pieces, 2 big pieces or just eat the whole thing yourself! I covered this one in a chocolate glaze and then added sprinkles because you know – everything is better with sprinkles. Plus it is a one bowl recipe and would make a great quarantine birthday cake! But lets be real sometimes you just want chocolate cake and this is the way to go!

Mini Chocolate Snack Cake
Ingredients
- ½ cup flour
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ tablespoon vinegar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray or grease a 5 inch round or 6 inch square cake pan.
- Combine flour, white sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
- Add vinegar, vanilla, vegetable oil and water. Mix well.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Chocolate Glaze (mini batch)
This is the perfect amount of glaze for my Mini Chocolate Snack Cake or a dipping a small portion of fruit.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup.
- Microwave on high for 15 seconds.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add vanilla and stir until smooth.
- Let set for 2 minutes before pouring over cake.
