Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup salted butter
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat over to 375
- Beat butter, peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
- Add egg and beat until combined.
- Mix in flour until the dough begins to form a ball.
- Optional: add mix ins like chocolate chips/chunks.
- Portion cookies into balls and store dough in fridge between batches.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until edges begin to golden.
