Mix rice krispies and icing sugar. Set aside.
Melt peanut butter and butter in a pot over medium heat until smooth.
Pour melted peanut butter / butter over the rice krispie / icing sugar mixture.
Let cool until you are able to comfortably handle.
Form into balls and chill on a cookie sheet until they are firm.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
Using two spoons,dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate to coat. Place back onto chilled cookie sheet and chill until firm.
