Not Too Sweet Chocolate Icing

Ingredients
  

  • cup salted butter, softened
  • 2 ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 6 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup heavy cream (or half & half or milk)

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter until fluffy.
  • Add the icing sugar and cocoa slowly and continue to beat.
  • Add the vanilla extract and then slowly add the heavy cream (or milk).
  • Continue to beat until you reach the consistency you desire. (You may need to add more icing sugar if too thin or more heavy cream, if too thick. (Depending on how thick you want the icing)
