Chocolate Chip Snack Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 8X8 or 9X9 square or round pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  • Add the vinegar, vegetable oil, vanilla and water. Stir until mixture is smooth.
  • Add half of the mini chocolate chips and stir.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining mini chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean. Cake should spring back in the middle when lightly touched.
  • Cool completely and frost!
