Mini Chocolate Snack Cake

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup flour
  • cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray or grease a 5 inch round or 6 inch square cake pan.
  • Combine flour, white sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
  • Add vinegar, vanilla, vegetable oil and water. Mix well.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
