Single Serve Chocolate Cake

Chocolate Glaze (mini batch)

This is the perfect amount of glaze for my Mini Chocolate Snack Cake or a dipping a small portion of fruit.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon corn syrup
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup.
  • Microwave on high for 15 seconds.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Add vanilla and stir until smooth.
  • Let set for 2 minutes before pouring over cake.
