Chocolate Glaze (mini batch)
This is the perfect amount of glaze for my Mini Chocolate Snack Cake or a dipping a small portion of fruit.
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup.
Microwave on high for 15 seconds.
Stir until smooth.
Add vanilla and stir until smooth.
Let set for 2 minutes before pouring over cake.
