Chocolate Chip Cookie Sticks

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Line the bottom of a 8 x 8 inch square pan with parchment paper and grease the edges.
- Beat together the butter, icing sugar and honey with an electric mixer on medium speed. Beat until fluffy, about 45 seconds.
- Add vanilla and beat until combined.
- Add the flour and salt and beat until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan. Use a pizza cutter to slice into sticks.
