These are my all time favorite squares. That sweetened condensed milk is simply amazing as it bubbles up into caramel. This is a nut free version. There are so many variations of this recipe and haven’t tried one that I didn’t love. If you love super sweet then these are for you 🙂
I make this recipe in a 8 x 8 baking pan which gives it a nice thick layer of the graham cracker crust but you could do it in a 9 x 13 if you prefer a thinner crust.

Magic Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened coconut
- 1 300 ml can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8 x 8 baking pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, white chips and coconut evenly over the crust.
- Pour can of sweetened condensed milk over the coconut.
- Sprinkle a little more coconut and chocolate chips on top, if desired.
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
- Let completely cool before cutting into squares
