Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheets with foil.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in mini chocolate chip and chocolate chunks.
Drop by rounded tablespoons on to baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt. Cool on pans for 2 minutes and then move to cooking racks.
